Why is this permission required?
Turkish real-estate trading regulation allows a property advertisement to be published only by a licensed business that the owner has explicitly authorised. The EİDS system exists to stop unauthorised and fraudulent listings: it puts you, the registered owner, in control of who markets your property and on what terms. The authorisation is per property, and you can revoke it through the same e-Devlet screen whenever you choose.

What if I live abroad?
You still need an e-Devlet account, which requires a Turkish identity number (T.C. kimlik no) or, for foreign nationals, a yabancı kimlik numarası — the number issued with your residence permit or on purchase of the property. If you hold one, you can sign in and complete the authorisation from anywhere; nothing about the process requires you to be in Turkey.
If you do not have e-Devlet access, the authorisation can be handled by a representative acting under a power of attorney granted at a Turkish notary or at a Turkish consulate in your country of residence. Tell us your situation on WhatsApp and we will explain exactly which route applies to you.
