What data do we process?
This website stores no personal data on its servers. When you fill in a form, the information is converted into a WhatsApp message on your own device and reaches us only through WhatsApp.
What you share with us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail falls into two groups:
- Property owners: name, contact details, property details and title/property registration numbers — used for valuation, listing, contracts and property management.
- Prospective tenants and buyers: name and contact details and, where we ask for them, declarations and documents on income, references and payment history — used only to assess the application and to share the result with the owner.
Legal basis
We process this data under KVKK art. 5 on the grounds of performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç — real-estate trading regulations and contract retention duties) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f — candidate assessment). Anything outside those grounds is processed only with your explicit consent. Data is kept for the retention periods the applicable legislation requires, then deleted or anonymised.
Who is it shared with?
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and is never sold or transferred for marketing. Only property information (containing no personal data) is published on listing platforms.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether we process your data and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, require that such changes be notified to any third parties the data was transferred to, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
Send requests to the e-mail address above or by WhatsApp or phone; we respond within 30 days at the latest. If our answer does not resolve the matter you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all — no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It also loads nothing from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own domain. As a result, browsing this site does not disclose your IP address to Google, Meta or any other third party, and no analytics or ad measurement takes place.
