From valuation to key handover — and beyond. Everything below — valuation, photography, listing, marketing, screening and paperwork — is done with nothing to pay up front. We are paid only when the letting or sale actually completes: one month's rent + VAT on a letting, and on a sale the statutory rate, split equally between buyer and seller unless the contract says otherwise. All of it is agreed in writing before we start — see our guide for how the fee works.

Listing authorisation is part of it — the owner grants it through e-Devlet in two minutes. Tenancy contracts, eviction undertakings, inventory lists, deposit arrangements, title-deed processes — prepared to current Turkish regulations by a licensed office, with everything in writing from day one.
